2007 Martín Códax Albariño Rías Baixas Burgáns - Spain, Galicia, Rías Baixas (10/6/2008) Pale yellow. Pleasant fruity nose with peach, apricot and orange skin with light mineral notes. Full body, oily texture, stone fruit, slight minerality with a tangy finish (orange skin). Almost taste like it has some RS. Overall an enjoyable, rather forward Albarino with more power and riper than its 2006 little brother. (88 pts.)
I really liked the Pazo Senorans (so far the best Albarino I had) but haven't tried the Fefinanes. I'll look for it then. Thanks for the recommendation.
