2006 Domaine Daniel Chotard Sancerre Rouge - France, Loire Valley, Upper Loire, Sancerre Rouge (6/19/2008)
One of the best Sancerre rouge I had. It kept getting better over 3 days which is amazing for this kind if wine. Started very light, full of red fruits: raspberry, red currant, touch of green. Light to med body, med acidity, pale ruby red, after 3 days it started to show more weight, more dark fruits and more complexity.
Perfect wine for a sunny lunch. (90 pts.)
