2003 Dönnhoff Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle Riesling Auslese Goldkapsel - Germany, Nahe (12/29/2012)

My first of 2 375ml bottles. This got a 97 from WA and 94 from WS. Clear yellow color. Light petrol aromas. Notes of apricot, guava and wet stones. Lush with an underlying purity. Good acidity without any sulfur or spitz. This had an excellent balance to it. Will probably open my last bottle in another 10 years. 94-95 points.
