Sweet black cherry. Ripe red fruit in mouth. Good light acidity. Mild tannins, a bit drying. Somewhat creamy texture. 88-89pts.

All of the above, with sweet plums, and some bitter prunes. Full-bodied. From by sub-$20 perspective, a very good wine.

A- in my book. At $20, it's a treat I can seldom afford, though. If I could find a case at $15/bottle or less, though, I'd snap it up.
