2003 Williams Selyem Pinot Noir Russian River Valley - USA, California, Sonoma County, Russian River Valley (3/29/2006)

Scubarex brought this to dinner on Tuesday to a local fine dining restaurant which was waiving corkage. This was the best WS wine I have had. Smooth and extremely well integrated. A joy to drink. Far superior to the 2002 vintage of this wine in my opinion. None of the normal barnyard aromas that I often find in these wines. Notes of black cherry, lavender and some leather. Supple finish. 92 points.
