I opened my one and only bottle of this over the weekend. Paired it with a family dinner of roasted pork, sauerkraut and dumplings. I bought this for $12 and it got a 92 score from WS. From the outstanding 2005 vintage. This was drinking wonderfully. It was everything that you would want a kabinett to be. Appropriate sweetness. A solid core of white fruit notes. Well rounded with crisp acidity. An excellent match with the meal. Better than the 2005 "G" Kabinett that I had 2 years ago. 91 points.
