1995 Flowers Pinot Noir Moon Select Camp Meeting Ridge - USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Coast (9/30/2005)
This was brought to Haggis' house last weekend by Mark Horvatich I believe. Perhaps my perception of this wine is off because at least one other member of the board who was present at this tasting liked it very much. It did not impress me. It had a lovely sweet nose. Upfront it showed rich fruit but faded very quickly on the palate. The tannins were very light. Left me with the impression that this was over the hill. 85-86 points.
