2006 Louis Jadot Mâcon-Villages - France, Burgundy, Mâconnais, Mâcon-Villages (7/2/2008) Light straw color. Medium-light flavor. Smells of hay-barn, very light honey, sour kiwi and a bit of young dried wood. It is a little restrained. The wine is not my style, but a pretty good wine nonetheless. It got a boost from food. (87 pts.)
I can't remember what I paid. It is worth spending $10, at least once, if not twice. Do buy it as a food wine though. Use this with fish or chicken and yoiu and your guest will not be disappointed.
