Paul Drinks a Cheval Blanc (Houstons - Irvine, CA): Mature aromas of chimney ash, top soil, dried currants, and autumn leaves. Supple on the palate, with floral-inflected notes of sour cherries and saddle leather. A very nice wine. (89 pts.)
