Typical good vintage Souverain Cab

Medium red carrying the color to the edges

Lots of thinnish legs

Dill and red fruit on the nose with apparent oak

Aromas carry on on the palate, adding some vanilla and chocolate.

Good stuff and will go a few years, buy a case and drink two a year

I posted a note on this a while back:

This is a very good cab and a really good QPR.

If you can get some do yourself a favour and pick up several bottles to enjoy now and to save for later. IMHO this is a no miss selection! Big Grin

Enjoy.
