Pale salmon in color, this wine boasts aromas of tangerine, lemon zest and, lilies, with notes of strawberry and spice. Dry, smooth, and surprisingly viscous in the mouth, the wine bestows sophisticated flavors of racy lemon curd and tangerine with subtleties of minerals and bitter herbs. Brisk acidity and pleasing citrus flavors linger on the palate and provide a clean pleasant finish.
Served with grilled pork loin marinated in lemon juice and garlic, the wine was a splendid match. The citrus flavors mingled well with the marinade, and the cleansing acidity enhanced the dining experience. At $17 and my score of 89-90, “Glass” is a good if not compelling QPR, and a wine I will continue to seek out. Got acid? @@@@@@@@@@@@ Everyone has to believe in something. I believe I’ll have another glass of wine. |

Thanks for the heads up about this wine. I am going to try and get some of this around here.
