This wine had a nose very different from California Cabernets, more Bordeaux-like with much less oak. The aromas of dark fruit melded with those of spice scented candles. On the palate, tart berry flavors are balanced by a crisp acidity and soft tannins. This may still be improving but I'm not sure the tannins will survive the acidity. I'm not a fan of most Washington Cabernets as compared with those of Bordeaux and California, and Andrew Will is no exception. This may be the best Andrew Will wine I've ever had. 89

Just one more sip.
