Apon shattering, wonderful aromas filled the room. Cherries, cedar and "sweat." While licking the floor, I noticed traces of brett, footprint and earth. Nice long "crunchy" finish that explodes with flavor. My WOTN at the Otis Diminishment Party. 94+

Note: To all those considering building a wine cellar. This is the reason you should have deep pile, heavily padded shag carpeting installed in your cellar.
