This sold for about $40 on release and I bought 3 bottles of it about a year ago for $8 each. I took this to dinner at an Italian restaurant Saturday with R2-D2 and our spouses. WA originally gave this 87+ points and Parker indicated that this needed time and thought his score would improve.

This was the last of my 3 bottles. All of them were drinking well now and I don't think these will be improving any in the long run (although I did not think that they were fading either). Notes of black cherry, cassis and red berries. Subtle tannins and medium bodied. A rather smooth wine with an elegant finish. Great for the price. 88-89 points.
