I started a new topic on this wine since this bottle was the 2007 disgorgement. I wish all NV would put the date on the bottle.

I enjoyed with Winetex and friends.

A well made and balanced wine. The wine offered some yeast and grain on the nose, with citrus, mineral and berry on the palate, with a little nutty finish.

A nice and mid priced Champagne I thought.

I visited them in 2005. The NV has always been good but the Rose is better. They are very nice folks. The winemaker spent a lot of time with us and walked us through his vineyards. The vintage bottles from 1995 and 1996 are worth picking up if you can find them.

I always wanted to be a procrastinator.

Sorry for the off-topic but any of you tried their cuvee 100% Pinot Meunier?
