So what kind of wine goes with crab cakes, fried catfish, greens, and hushpuppies?

Champagne, of course!

Light color and a bubbles galore. Yeasty nose. Creamy, nutty taste with buttered toast and a crisp bite of tart fruit. This is an excellent $15 sparkler. 87 pts.

And wasn’t too bad with the catfish either. Wink

Make Cab, not War.
