2001 Fontodi Flaccianello della Pieve IGT - Stinky, very tannic, needs many years 91

2001 Château Lafite Rothschild - Big tobacco nose, med doby and fruit, needs 5 years 93

2001 Peter Michael Les Pavots - Sweet cassis, ripe, good fruit, balance and complexity 96

2001 Château Suduiraut - Sweet nose, petroleum, honey, moderate body, not very complex 93
