Opened last night. Deep yellow straw color. Strong mineral nose with an undercurrent of green apple. On the palate, almost oily in texture - very nice, bright acidity running through it with more minerals, green apple, and pear. The flavor profile was rounded out by a nice caramel note (at least that's what I found). I can't wait to open up another bottle in three or four years. 92 pts.
