Opened 10/5/09 at home w/pizza.

Grapey, blueberry aromas dominate w/slight jerky notes; firm tannins & acidic bite dominate the palate, w/medium density; tart, grippy finish; really opens up the 2nd night with the fruit singing & the acids tamed.
88 pts.

In general I tend to prefer Dolcettos from Dogliani over the same from Alba.
