Green apple and lime at first, the green apple fades and lime and lime peel become predominant. This also has mineral and reminds me of petroleum jelly. The acidity is nice but leans towards bitter in the finish. With a little time that bitterness recedes and a gentle green apple reemerges. This definitely has some vegetal green in it, not quite bell pepper but almost there. Also, a little skunky and for some reason weeds or stems come to mind. Product of Slovenia.
