Pale garnet colour; bricked to rim. Aromas of cherry, earth. Short finish, 15-20s, with red fruit. Drink now. 86 points (03/11/2005).

I found this at Trader Joe's for $13.99. Others have had previous vintages here. Notes of raspberry and cherry. Good tannins and brisk acidity... short finish. If tasted blind, I wouldn't have pegged it for a Barolo, but a good QPR none-the-less. 86-88 points.

Go HOKIES!!!
