    Raisin, cherry, dried cherry, spice and iron with a nice finish. This is more like Zinfandel and maybe domestic Merlot than a Chianti. The flavor is nice but the alcohol is 14.8%. It does not impact the flavor too bad but when the wine is in my mouth I feel the alcohol vapors in my nose. (87 pts.)
