90 IWC; $25

I tried this at a dinner so sorry no notes. It is drinking beautifully now and is a complex Rhone blend of Syrah, mouvedre and cinsault with structure and balance.

There is no Wine Spec review on this wine but Tanzer (IWC) thought it rated a 90. Here is his review " Bright red. Lively red fruit aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry. Silky and smooth in the mouth; pinot-like flavors of red fruits and brown spices are given shape by an edge of fresh acidity. Finishes with lush, easy tannins. Offers considerable early appeal."

This CDP was served with a braised stuffed lamb shoulder which was an outstanding combo.

Winetex,
I may be being presumptuous but how does the 98 stack up against the 95?
