I was really looking forward to this wine. From the get go it was a problem. The cork shattered as I was trying to remove it and the wine needed to strained. Most of the fruit seemed to be gone and only the alcohol was left. The color was a very dark color and the wine was drinkable, but in mu opinion not 94 points and a top 100 wine of 2003. My score a generous C.
