I recently opened a bottle of 1987 Dominus. Here are my tasting notes:
"The nose literally explodes from the glass! Aromas of roses, raspberry and black cherry. Silky smooth on the palate. Caramel, oak and black cherry flavors all in perfect harmony. I wolud give this wine a 95. It is drinking perfectly now."
