A lot of lemon, some green apple, a hint of pear and a very obvious minerality. A hint of that toffee flavor I like in Chardonnay from Burgundy. At a warmer temp a hint of that smoke and funk. Don’t let it get too warm, it gets that skunky perfumeyness to it.
