I had this wine at a Ruth's Chris in Jacksonville, FL a few years back and found it incredibly tight and alcoholic. Unfortunately, we didn't have enought time to decant properly, as I'm sure it would have performed better. I'm a huge fan of their Cab Franc bottlings; they fade in color quickly (to a rusty reddish-brown) but the nose and palate remain intensely complex and delicious. Did you buy this retail, or at an restaurant - you don't see much of this in the retail market. "Actually, it only takes one drink to get me loaded. Trouble is, I can't remember if it's the thirteenth or fourteenth." -- George Burns |

Bought this in OKC, there is a wine store "Beau's Win Bin" that always has some for sale.
