Looks slightly darker than typical Pinot. No clue how to describe.....but I think it's fruity yet earthy at the same time. Like first it's fruity, then it turns tobbacco-ish...with a slight tannic effect..
Yea, I like the mix of fruity then earthy. I read the bottle and I got the "tobacco" part right. Ha! Looks like I'm on the right track. I sealed it, but did not put it in the fridge.
I heard 2nd day has an effect of aging the wine. So let's see what it tastes like tonight.... Is tobabbo a common note for Burgundy?
