Had this wine with rack of lamb at Bistro Provence, a restaurant I recall Board-O saying he frequents when in Boca.


  • 2000 Domaine des Rémizières Hermitage Cuvée Emilie - France, Rhône, Northern Rhône, Hermitage (3/24/2007)
    A medium to full bodied wine with less acidity than most N. Rhones. Little to the nose, but on the palate, you get rich flavors of blackberry, fennel, and vanilla. A silky finish of about 25-30 seconds. The wine had a moderate amount of sediment. A very nice wine for the vintage. (91 pts.)
