I'm a big fan of Skewis Pinot's. Don't see a lot of notes on them here on the WS Board. This one has been one of my favorite 05's.

05 Skewis Bush Vineyard: Our last bottle for our anniversary. This has really come along nicely. Deep Red fruit and spice on the nose . Red cherry, strawberry with some sweet spice and a bit of tobacco or earthiness on a deep complex finish. Silky smooth with fine tannins providing nice weight and structure. Everything in balance. Showed great range with the food and paired very well with our menu of seared scallops with sweet corn, blu crab salad with chantralle mushrooms and duck confit. 94 pts.
