The aroma is on of dark fruit with little alchohol and little sweetness. The color is crimson red
not quite purple. The flavor has black fruit without sugar (dry). It is slightly (pleasantly) sour but not bitter. There is no heat and just a slight pleasing warmthness. Also has a slight flavor of wood but not oak with vanilla.
