Thanks for the list, but I find this improbable.
Niagara does not make this level wine.

A huge +1

or if we're talking abou thte wines about a -10
This is my sig -> www.brownteacup.com
I have tasted none of those, but it does seem really high...
Maybe we should just take it for what it is, as a way to rank the wines from the worst to the least bad and forget about the scores themselves. We'll avoid a lot of CDN wine bashing this way, it's all been said before.
Wait, wait, wait...how can we presume to tell someone their scores are "wrong?" My 88 is my 88, and might be a 72 on your scale. This stuff is subjective, folks. Let's not forget that.
(I have not had a Niagara wine, FWIW).
These threads are like a car wreck. I try really hard not to look, but sometimes I just can't help myself.
For the 20+ wines, with a deviation of +/- 2 on the ratings is quite unlikely. Should be a greater variation.

I only know one of the wineries....vineland estates. They do make good riesling, but I wasnt impressed with the other non icewine products.

Their Cab Franc ice wine is the best ice wine I've tasted from Canada.
Just one more sip.
I can only speak for one of those you mentioned, the Quarry Road Chardonnay from Tawse. On my last trip over, that is the only wine I bought. And it was the 2010. After 12-15 years of tasting them,I do agree with most on these boards about the general quality of Niagara. BUT, there is definitey something good going on in an evolving manner with the chardonnay's from the Twenty Bench area between Jordan and Vineland.
