NOSE: expressive; minerals; slight green jalapeno note; white peach and lychee aromas.

BODY: medium-light to medium bodied; pale green-yellow color.

TASTE: very minerally; zippy lime-orange setzer water; 13.5% alc. is well-hidden; good acidity; dry; medium-short to medium length finish of moderate intensity; simple, but interesting – I think it’s the mineral and acid that interest me; for drinking now.

B: 50, 5, 12, 15, 7 = (89 pts.)

NOSE: tropical fruits, with a strong green pepper/jalapeno note; touch of musk; moderate+ expressiveness; not complex.

BODY: light green-yellow color; medium-light bodied.

TASTE: mineral; dry; tropical; quinine; brie cheese rind; underripe stone fruit; moderate to moderate+ acidity; 13.5% alc.; not complex, but very good within the narrow range it occupies.

B: 50, 5, 11, 16, 7 = (89 pts.)
