  • 2000 Georg Breuer Rüdesheimer Berg Schloßberg Riesling - Germany, Rheingau (8/3/2008)

    Light gold color.
On the nose, slate, citrus and light petrol.
On the palate this is dry with dominating notes of green apples as well as lemon, minerals and a great acidity.
    The finish is medium.
This is a good wine but I'm somewhat expecting more, maybe I've been spoiled by this producer or maybe this is the vintage talking...
