'99 Ridge Lytton Springs Zin
My thoughts were brambly or brambleberry as the main ingredient of the palate. I read in another note, briar patch which I would agree with. A healthy dose of sweet cranberries as well with just a hint of maple syrup. Not nearly the molasses flavors I've picked up on other Ridges, particularly Geyzers often. Tannins fully integrated and somewhat resolved. Decent length and depth make it a very nice zin to enjoy now. This is about the age I prefer to keep my zins and not much further out. But to each his own.

B+.
