Just had this in their tasting room. Mostly Cab.Sav. (75+% ?) but all red Bordeaux varietals in the mix. Nearly opaque, almosty inky in the glass. Full bodied boquet, with earthy aromas I would attribute to quality Bordeaux red juice. Perhaps some dark berry aromas also. Palate is juicy, complex, with strong cocoa/chocolate flavors, cassis. Finish is moderately long with kirsch flavored tannins. Overall very good, 89-91 in my book but a bit pricy at $60. Granted this was tasting room prices. The winery is worth a visit, all their reserve wines were very good.

I agree, Symmetry is a pricey wine! I expected more depth, but it had too much of that Rodney Strong influence, in fact, it lacked symmetry!
