Wonderful floral nose with some campfire smoke and spice. Thin, long legs in the glass with a ruby grape color. Immense cherrie blossom flavours with floral notes, give way to a smoky tobacco note with a slight cheesy note(in a good way). Evolves into chocolate and spice notes and takes about an hour for the round velvety tannins to show their presence and pull this cornocopia of flavours together. Absolutely beautiful!
