2003 Copain Pinot Noir Hacienda Secoya - USA, California, Mendocino County, Anderson Valley (10/30/2005)
Decanted for an hour and a half. Lovely fruit and floral aromas, but a little austere on the palate at this point (at least for a California pinot). I could see someone who enjoys young Burgundy enjoying the wine at this stage. I think the wine will continue to evolve with time and become outstanding. (89 pts.)
