Did a search and could not find previous notes on this, apologize if there were any.
Color, dark but clear and brilliant. Nose was floral, violets and cherries too. Mouthfeel was fuller and richer that anticipated. Very fruit forward. Tasted very Pinot like. Nice finish that lingered. Have a few more bottles of this and from the looks of things they could be drunk now but I do believe that they would hold for another 3-5 years and be just as fresh tasting. Rest of the tasters are not into French wines but they like this. 1st wine opened with main course of Beef Stroganoff. ks |
