I had this a nice Moose filet last nice and yes it was too ung. But it isn't too many years from being just right.

After 1 hour from decanting it was fantastic. A very dark back color. Great mouth feel. Typical Cabernet Sav tastes such as cassis, plum and other dark berries. 91 points. $30.

I've always liked this wine -- great QPR that drinks way above its price.

Gewurz, I just posted on the 2000 Lascombes, with very similar conclusions. Close, but not quite ready yet. BTW, I do have some 2000 D'Aggassac also and almost pulled one of those Sunday night instead of the Lascombes. Will wait now. Thanks
