Picked this up a while back at auction for ~$5 - I got a good deal

Surprisingly dark yellow in color for a Cortese, the nose is not shy and shows apple, pear, and citrus notes. Fresh and tart on the palate, adding light almond and mineral flavors. Not a stunner by any means, but well worth the price. A good quaffer to be enjoyed now.
