2009 Joh. Jos. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (1/23/2013) -- popped and poured -- -- tasted non-blind over a few hours -- -- AP #: … 7 10 -- NOSE: soft Play-Doh; low to medium-low amount of petrol; good, but somewhat simple, a touch powdery. BODY: very light pale yellow color of shallow depth; some spritz; medium-light to medium bodied. TASTE: rich; sweet; medium-low acidity; I might call this a Spatlese if I was tasting this blind; lots of mineral; pear; hint of petrol; fruit is somewhat diffuse; 9% is not noticeable; a few hours in and the sweetness seems to have backed-off a bit; doesn’t strike me as complex or packed. B: 50, 5, 11, 15, 6 = (87 pts.) Posted from CellarTracker | ||
