As I'm always looking for a good/very good everyday chianti, I've now tried 3 bottles with wildly varying experiences. My first bottle was great. I would easily have rated it an 88-89 (WS 88). My second bottle tasted off. Similarly, I opened my third bottle tonight and there was virtually no nose. And the wine tasted somewhat dull, although it had body. I'm wondering if it got cooked somewhere in storage/transport. Anyone tried this and had different/similar experiences?
