Picked this one up at Sam's today, only $10, I was looking for some drink-now bordeaux cheapies.
Dark in color, garnet to purple. Nice nose of obvious Cab influence, although a little alcoholic and a very slight herbal quality. Cassis and a little chocolate up front, with a gunmetal/flint taste in the midpalate giving away the Paulliac lineage of this wine. Medium body and moderate tannins. This one will probably keep for a few years but is reasonably accessible now. I give this 85-86 points. Well worth the $10 and a good daily drinker.
