Popped and poured at cellar temperature. Nice dark color, great nose of wild berries and smooth tannins. Drinking great with no signs of fading, however, not likely to improve any either. One of the best wines I've tried in the last several months. Highly recomended, solid A.

The Cortina is my least favorite of the Seghesio zins, so they've been sitting in the cellar untouched. Might have to pull one and check it out.

I have been off Seghesio for a while. Their alcohol levels have shot up lately. Of the generally available labels I prefer the Old Vines and the Home Ranch. I, too, didn't care much for the Cortina.

I always wanted to be a procrastinator.

JEB-- yes, the alcohol has increased. In some bottlings, this is not objectionable (e.g., their Lumetta).
