2001 Talbott Chardonnay Diamond T Estate - USA, California, Central Coast, Carmel Valley (6/19/2008)
WIMLNR

Tasted June 19, 2008 at an offline.

Opened and served immediately. Yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of pee processed asparagus spears. Believe it or not I tasted it and managed to coax a little apple while trying to hold me nose 9try that one and still be able to smell). Light acidity, light to medium body. Drink now if you have any. My first instinct was to blast this wine with a horrible score but it's obviously flawed. NR (flawed)

I would give this bottle an 88 just based on the shear beauty of the one that brought it. Big Grin

What did Tim do to chase her off? Mad

Did he chase her off? I wasn't at your table. If he did we'll beat his ass next time we see him! Eek

Don't mess with the hot chicks. Cool

The wine wouldn't get close to an 88 from me; closer to an 84. Now if we are going to rate the one who brought it, we need to use a different scale.
