I think he was referring to frequency rather than exclusivity. Sometimes there are several small off-lines per month here - unfortunately, way more than I am able to attend. The group here seems very laid back.

"Sometimes when I reflect back on all the wine I drink I feel shame. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the vineyards and all of their hopes and dreams . If I didn't drink this wine, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, 'It is better that I drink this wine and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver."

Eeek.. see what happens when you try to be tongue in cheek online... Eek No Indy, not trying to be harsh.. Sorry if you misinterpreted.

We a are truely a friendly crowd.. Last Sunday was a great get together at the LJ Beach and Tennis Club.. our annual beach party.. See the thread, great food, wine and peeps... not to mention a Santa Ana Sunset.. BTW ST, I still owe for my share. I will get you next time we get together.

Also, as I write this quickie, it is the last day of the Harvest Fest here in Paso... Good times and lots of SD Folks here too.. Got to hang w/many of Julia's and my fav wine makers. Too much good Paso juice to mention, but my liver needs some detoxing fo sho...

Looking forward to next month... I might need that long to dry out...
