Klymkev is in for 3, both ways. Any thought on where the pickup/dropoff location downtown will be? Perhaps I missed it on a previous thread? I'll go back and look.

I'm gonna try to arrange 2 stops- one at the renaissance and one on the North side, probably not my house because I'm too far from the highway.

Can we all agree that everyone chips in so we cover Grossie's ride since he is putting this together for all of us?

Agree! Also, we should factor in the gratuity ahead of time to ensure the driver is covered.

No problem here for chipping in.

That's awfully nice of you guys, but not necessary.

I'm hoping to finalize something tomorrow. More info to follow.

I'm in for covering grossie as well.

Grossie,

I'd be happy to paypal or send a check for my balances (x3), when you figure it out, if you like.

I can't imagine fronting this will be cheap?

Cash mone-ey on the bus works well too. And since grossie will be on one of the later stops (perhaps), anyone that doesn't pay up will get beaten up and left in a rough part of town. So you better fork over the cash if you know what's good for ya.

Razz Big Grin

(Does that help at all grossie?)

Futronic's got it correct- just give me cash money and pay your way. That'll make everyone happy. I don't have a final price yet, I haven't made my second round of calls.

Bus is booked! I have a 55 psgr coach held. Pickup time is 7pm at the Renaissance, then on to my house, then to Otis's. Total cost is $1092, including tax and tip. Assuming we're about 40people that means about $28 per person, probably call it $30.

I'm gonna use one of you guys I know as the contact person at the Renaissance. Steve8- would you mind? I'll email you details at some point.

Would have been fun to travel the Magic Bus with you all but the logistics don't work.
We'll be coming in on the Lemont Express (stretch limo) Big Grin
Not because I'm naturally so flamboyant Razz , but it was actually the best pricing for 4 people to travel in to Northbrook ($63 pp/rt).

Grossie,

Just talked to my friends. They don't plan on staying late so they have arranged for alternate transportation.

I'm afraid we're out grossie, of the shuttle and the CDP. I've been trying to find a way to get there but seems it can't be done. If this mucks up your financial calculations, let me know and I'll send you my share of the ride.

Of course, if you'd rather, you can just keep the bottle of wine that you and your brother lost betting against the Bruins with Steve8 and me. Of if your not out of pocket for the shuttle, you can give my bottle to Steve to carry back here, if he doesn't mind...... Razz

I noticed the start time is 7pm. What time should we meet in the lobby of the Renaissance to catch the shuttle bus that Grossie arranged? Thanks

I'm staying at a hotel near Otis, so I will be cabbing it to the party.

I think the shuttle picks us up at 7, right?
