Just found out today that the Project Newborn tasting will be on Sunday, January 29 at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. I was told this weekend was chosen as they didn't want to do it in December again as this is difficult with most peoples busy holiday schedules. January 29 is the Sunday before the Super Bowl so it won't compete with the NFL either. As soon as I get more details (time of event, cost, etc.) I will post.

It used to be in November which was good for me. January will likely be a problem.

Just one more sip.

That date would be a bad one for me. My wife and I will be in the middle of a two week trip to Hawaii. My bad luck, it was a great event last year.

It's the week before the Superbowl. November was far better for us. We'll miss it. I hope those of you that attend will have a great time and post a write up.

Just one more sip.

My apologies to anyone wanting to attend this event, as I just found out that they had moved this event to January 22, yesterday, and I didn't find out until yesterday. I didn't keep up to date on this event, and kind of forgot about it, as I was not going to be attending. I hope anyone wanting to attend followed up and was able to go.

Do you have any idea why they moved this event from early November to late January? Is it because there are snowbirds there in January? Too bad for me. Early November was an easy time for me and late January is an impossibility.

Just one more sip.

My understanding is that since they moved it from the cruise ship to the Biltmore that it is based on when they can get availability at the Biltmore. It is much easier and convenient having it at the Biltmore however the dates are more likely to get moved. Makes it more difficult for out of towners to attend.
