Where are baird and carriedca?
They were the half time entertainment at CDP 2005. Definitely worth the price of admission.

Otis,
This is a magnanimous gesture. An epic event to say the least. Wouldn't miss this (if at all possible). The pre, peri, and post CDP partying is unparalleled. I look forward to meeting old friends, and making new ones. Cheers. (And go Sabres!)

Otis,

Put me down as +1, if Crystal still lives in Chicago comes this summer, I'll drag her along.

It's always important for the veterans to guide the rookies to the piano, on top of which they'll find the oldest wines. And maybe if they're lucky someone will play a few chords while TBird does his "special" interpretive dance in which he recreates the fire-bombing of Dresden, always a crowd-pleaser.

We would love to come, otis, but we'll be back from more than a month in Eastern Europe on Aug. 4th, and I start a new job on the 6th, so regretfully must pass.

As others have already said, your and your wife's generosity is absolutely remarkable! Stunning, really.

Otis,

I would be delighted to attend. Had planned to attend last year and schedule issues got in the way. Put me down for two (2)

Look forward to seeing many of you again

Thanks for putting us on the list Otis. For those first timers, think of this as a college party with great wine instead of a keg.

For everyone else, I have a little surprise I'm working on with Otis for the CDP. Still in the planning stages.

Well since I'll miss Otis when I'm up Chicago next week, I guess I'll have to attend my first CDP. Put me down for one.

It does doesn't it. No pouring Chateau Vino Me into other bottles and trying to pass it off on the unsuspecting. Razz

Are lighters involved in this trick? Otis doesn't want anyone setting themselves on fire.

I'm not going to light myself on fire again and I will not subject this years CDP partygoers to the oily walnut flavored cure all that I made.

This will be a good surprise that everyone will enjoy.

Put me down tentatively, for one.
Need to check with the Mrs. and work schedule.
Should know in a day or two.

I can 't leave all the fun to Fut, DoktaP and Steve8 (mind you last time they had fun at my expense)

Now where's Baird??? I need someone to help me break wine glasses again.. Razz

And I'll bring more flags to hide, just in case you found them all.

Otis,

We might be squeaking-in under wire. Suggest you put me and Deb down for two (2) if there is still room.

I'm not 100% certain we can make this happen as that's a very busy time in Oregon, but I'll let you know as soon as possible... and in plenty of time to replace us if we can't make it.

Thanks,
Tom (and Deb) Mortimer
